Six to eighteen months of peer learning that moves leaders from inspired to transformed. Each cohort combines five core ingredients: coaching, storytelling, data-driven design, real allyship that builds community, and practice to action that turns learning into real-time application. And it gets better every cycle: we revise the curriculum against participant feedback and hand off frameworks the group can run on its own.
We've designed cohorts for philanthropic funders, corporate leaders, and nonprofit and community leaders, from a multi-year cohort for 15 community-rooted cultural organizations to the volunteer leader model behind Dads for All, a civic movement mobilizing fathers as community leaders, now active in 9 states.
