THE FULL CAMPFIRE, INSIDE YOUR ORGANIZATION.
For six to eighteen months, Mohan embeds in your mission as an entrepreneur or artist in residence, bringing strategy, cohorts, gatherings, and original creative work together in one role.
Taken on one at a time, by invitation.

SUCCESS, defined together.
Every residency starts with a co-crafted vision of success and clear objectives. A retainer and a production budget are essential to every residency, so the creative work and specialist support are done well. Both are shaped together, in conversation.
What success looks like is defined together at the start and tracked throughout. Depending on the residency, that can mean initiatives launched, audiences and media reach, new funding and partnerships, or staff engagement and retention.
The residency grows out of multi-year work with a national foundation focused on building sustainability for its cohort of grantees and their leaders.
Our approach there was comprehensive: leadership development, cohort work, storytelling, events, and media, all working together.
